Our store for physical products is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell and fulfill physical product orders. Memberships are managed through a separate subscription system hosted on our platform.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO-RENEWALS
By purchasing a membership to MINDFULL, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as applicable) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for cancellations made after a renewal has occurred.
SHIPPING POLICY
Physical products ordered through our site will be processed and shipped within the estimated time frame stated on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. MINDFULL Health Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any purchases made through our site.
For memberships: Access to digital content and member benefits is granted immediately upon purchase. Because of this, all membership sales are final. Members may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future charges but will not be refunded for the current billing cycle.
For physical products: Due to the nature of our consumable wellness products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards and safety for our customers. If you believe your order was damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@mindfull.so within 7 days of delivery for review.
